Vanix Project Managers are all highly trained and experienced and use the industry recognised PRINCE 2 project management methology. They define project responsibilities, schedule work activities, communicate progress, control resources, identify and control risks, coordinate changes and ensure project delivery to an agreed level of quality.

Our project management is geared to allow for the complex implementation issues required to ensure that new or upgraded networks are deployed in an efficient way tailored to our customers specific business needs. We believe project management is equally important whether it be a small project or a complex multi site rollout.

Pre-Configuration & Testing

Our experience has taught us that pre-configuration and testing of a customer solution enables us to offer our clients a smooth implementation phase and is a key element to vastly "de-risking" a project. Vanix will carry out detailed planning and preparation for all implementations. Our pre-configuration and testing is normally carried out at our hot testing facilities or should a client wish can be carried out on site or at a third party partner.
