Vanix support services provide maintenance and support for all types of network infrastructure ranging from the smallest right up to the most complex convergence based environments. We support all types of network technologies, from the simplest to the most complex devices.

We offer a comprehensive range of guaranteed response times and service levels. These range from ad-hoc access to our support helpdesk to a two hour response with engineer on site with spares. We have fully trained engineers located throughout the United Kingdom, allowing us to reach any location in a timely manner.

We recognise that no two customer's network infrastructures are the same or are there support requirements likely to be the same, with this in mind it is our philosophy to come to the table with a "blank piece of paper". We will listen to our clients specific business support requirements and we aim to design a support package tailored around their unique needs in a single contract.
