This is a free service which is part of our service and support solutions.
Vanix will provide each customer with a unique secure Vanix Electronic Service Portal (VESP) identifier and password.
The customer online area will provide the following details;
· Customer Fault Log Number.
· Details of the Case as reported by the customer.
· Details of the engineer handling the fault.
· Escalation path (if required).
· How the fault was resolved and fixed.
· What time the fault was fixed.
