VANIX ELECTRONIC SERVICE PORTAL (VESP)

Vanix offers IT maintenance and support customers an opportunity to view their open support cases online at any time of day 365 days a year online. Our customers are able to see how the case is progressing towards resolution.

This is a free service which is part of our service and support solutions.

Vanix will provide each customer with a unique secure Vanix Electronic Service Portal (VESP) identifier and password.

The customer online area will provide the following details;

· Customer Fault Log Number.
· Details of the Case as reported by the customer.
· Details of the engineer handling the fault.
· Escalation path (if required).
· How the fault was resolved and fixed.
· What time the fault was fixed.
